Sample Activity & Yoga Itinerary:

(This was the Canoeing and Yoga retreat for 2024)

Friday

4 pm

Depart for a day of loch canoeing - within the day we will journey by canoe and experience a guided meditation,  yoga class, chocolate foraging session (yes, that’s not a typo!) and a packed lunch


5pm      

Depart for Fernbank House

Sunday

7:30am   

Depart for a river canoe trip and breakfast on route

10:30  am   

Arrive at Fernbank House for showers

11:15  am   

Stretch and relax post paddle yoga

Saturday may be broken up into two half day activity sessions with a lunch at Fernbank House. This itinerary suited a day away from home. A usual Activity & Yoga program will have three yoga classes and three activity sessions spread between Friday night and Sunday morning. Every Escape / Retreat is different and designed around the participants, subject matter and the weather.

Tina, Dave and the team are excited to share our offer with you! We have taken great care over our selection for 2025. From listening to your feedback, we have duplicated some weekends, amended others and created new opportunities which we hope you will love. New additions include: Wild Swimming and Breath Work, Eco-Therapy, Highland Holiday (Week Long Retreat) and a Craft weekend!  You will also see two blank weekends in the programme. We felt it might be fun to offer two Create Your Own Retreats. If you wish, you can bring  up to 10 friends and create your own itinerary!
