March 21st - 23rd

Two nights’ accommodation with hearty breakfasts, a variety of nourishing eco-therapy sensory practices, four yoga classes (various styles and for all levels), guided walks in the local area, Friday and Saturday supper and Saturday light, healthy delicious lunch

What is involved!? A therapeutic approach to gentle nature based activities, rooted in a counselling / wellbeing approach. Forest bathing, mindfulness walks, campfire conversations, guided meditations, pottery etc .

A gentle (in all senses) weekend for you to engage and learn about and through nature.  Combining nourishment for the soul and the mind through eco-therapy whilst balancing the body through yoga will be a  wonderful combination.

Dave Girling (BACP) is training as an Eco-therapist / Adventure Therapist and as such this weekend has a therapeutic approach as opposed to a direct Psychotherapy / Counselling session.

Tina, Dave and the team are excited to share our offer with you! We have taken great care over our selection for 2025. From listening to your feedback, we have duplicated some weekends, amended others and created new opportunities which we hope you will love. New additions include: Wild Swimming and Breath Work, Eco-Therapy, Highland Holiday (Week Long Retreat) and a Craft weekend!  You will also see two blank weekends in the programme. We felt it might be fun to offer two Create Your Own Retreats. If you wish, you can bring  up to 10 friends and create your own itinerary!

"I highly recommend Tina, having attended a weekend retreat (and weekly yoga classes). She is inspiring as her style of teaching is friendly and inclusive, developed over years of her own practice, suitable to all levels.  The retreat was a real tonic, with a group of interesting and like-minded people, most of whom had never met before, yet there was a warm and friendly atmosphere. At the end, I felt energised and restored. A lot of thought had clearly gone into planning as activities were well spaced and the meals were all delicious. I came away feeling nourished in all senses!”  -Ali
